Tom: Hi ? I?m looking at the Pioneer Duplicator, Premium CD DVD Duplicator
with 5 Pioneer drives on you web site. It states, that the unit is
standalone ? does this mean that it cannot be plugged into and operated from
aTony: Hi Tom
Tom: hi
Tony: the unit you are looking at is standalone and thus does not connect to
a PC
Tom: is there a product on the market that will operate from a PC?
Tony: if the device did happen to have PC connection (via USB) then all that
would be enabled is the possibility to burn to a single dirve from the PC
Tom: I run a scanning company and often want to burn 10 CDs in a very short
time period ? there is PC linked device with 5-10 drives that will allow
this?
Tony: we offer USB on this
Tony:
http://shop.cd-writer.com/catalog/stord ... -cd-copier
-p-6969.html
Tony: but no PC connected duplicator I know will allow you to drag and drop
from your PC to 10 target drives -
Tom: but it only single burn from the PC - i would then have to remove the
new disc to make further copies - is that correct?
Tony: you will always need to make a master image
Tom: Ok - understood - thank you tony.
PC or that it can operate with a PC or standalone?
