Duplicator and Duplication

Hi I have a Rimage 4500 desktop autoloader (RAS 13) I have the software (Quickdisc) and when I try to do a job or duplicate a DVD or CD on it it tells me that there are no jobs in the production server I don't know what that means I am only using one computer running Windows XP and it is not connected to any kind of network I also set the software up in host mode so it wouldn't look for any other network or computer the machine powers up and goes through some kind of demo mode so it appears to be working I even burned dvd's with the burners so Windows does see the burners it just won't pickup the disc and do it automatiaclly using the Quickdisc software is there some kind of driver update or is there some kind of 3rd party software I could get to operate this autoloader it is in great shape but Rimage no longer supports it can you do anything to help me out!
