Craig Yuill: Hello, I have a StorDigitial Duplicating tower. v1.2 - I cannot
start it up - just keep getting error message "System boot up fail - Please
restart" -- ideas ?

Craig Yuill: aww gutted, how long do repairs generally take - I was suppose
to duplicate 50 cds for this monday - any hope of that ?
Tom: current turnaround for repairs is 3-5 working days
