Duplicator and Duplication

Davron: When I try to copy a dvd it says fail after 2 secs. Any help in what
is wrong?
Davron: Hi Tony can you help with my question? Not had this problem before.
Tony: hi
Tony: try an alternative master
Tony: try differenttarget media
Davron: hi
Davron: how do i chnage the master?
Davron: change
Tony: use a master that you copied before
Davron: says the same when i test the disc and verify
Tony: that copied ok
Davron: keeps saying fail on every task
Tony: try old master
Davron: i have copied this disc before with no problems,. dodnt yunderstand
why it keeps saying fail
Tony: try another master
Davron: i dont have another master of this disc
Davron: have tried other discs nd keep getting same message
