Dan: My company are looking for a cd/dvd publisher that ideally would have a
capacity of 100 discs. Be fully automated and also print the finished discs.
It would be beneficial to have a dual drive so it would produce finished
discs quicker but that is an added bonus. Would would you recommend?
Tom: Hi Dan
Dan: hi
Tom: there are 2 machines that meets your requirements
Dan: ok
Tom: hang on a sec and I will send you some links
Dan: great, cheers
Tom: disc publisher pro by primera

this machine can print 300-350 full face full colour discs pre set or inks
Dan: do you need to purchase the extra add on for it to print 300-350?
Tom: MX 2 by Micorobards

Tom: by default the machine holds 100 capacity
Tom: 300-350 is the number of the discs it can print per set of cartridges
Dan: ah right i see. so are there any differences between those two
machines? do they both have 2 drives?
Tom: there is a way to extend capacity of the machine to 350 discs but you
need additional piece of equipment
Tom: yes, both machines are 2 drives
Dan: So is there anything to tell these machines apart?
Tom: PF PRo can print 850-1350 discs prer set of inks
Tom: PF PRO is more cost-effective
Dan: what about the other machine. what does that print per set of inks?
Tom: sorry I meant MX2 not PF PRo can print 850-1350 discs prer set of inks
Tom: MX 2 can print print 850-1350 discs prer set of inks
Dan: and the pf pro?
Tom: PF PRO is print only version of MX2 :-)
Dan: Now im confused
Dan: isnt the mx2 and pro print different machiens
Tom: PR PRO looks can not copy discs - it can only pront
Tom: sorry for the typo
Tom: PR PRO can not copy discs - it can only print
Dan: but the link you sent isto a bit of kit that is 2400quid that says
print and burn on the title
Tom: while MX2 copies and prints
Tom: yes, I have sent you right linki, but used wrong name - instead of MX2
I called this machine PF pro
Tom: you have correct link
Dan: so to clarify do both products that you sent me in the 2 links print
and burn?
Tom: yes, 1st link is for Disc Publisher Pro and 2nd link is for MX2
Dan: right ok. so there isnt really anything to tell them apart
functionality wise?
Tom: both have similar hourly throughput, but MX2 is much cheaper in the
terms of the printing costs
Tom: functionality is this same
Tom: both Mac and PC compaitble
Dan: So the only difference really is the mx2 is cheaper to run but then it
is a fair bit more to purchase
Tom: yes, you are right
Dan: what about if we diodnt need the dual trays? do our options then
increase?
Tom: sorry, I am not sure what you mean by "dual trays"?
Tom: two recorders?
Dan: yeah sorry thats what i mean
Tom: you still will be choosing between Primera and Micoroboards
Dan: ok thats good enough for me. thanks for your help
Tom: you're wlcome
